BRIDGING THE MAGHREB: MOROCCO AND ALGERIA

A long-standing complicated relationship between Moroccan authorities and the Algerian regime has traditionally experienced dispute. The disputed status of the Western Sahara, a territory claimed by both nations, constitutes a major impediment to full reconciliation. Despite sporadic attempts at communication, underlying issues continue to maintain
